In the summer, go for a run, bike ride, swim, paddle board, zipline, and more without ever getting into the car. Lake Levinsky is only a two-minute walk from the property and has paddle board, kayak, and more rentals. This property is also perfect for downhill mountain biking or the Rut Run during the summer months. The well-appointed space has a king room downstairs with a full bathroom, fully outfitted kitchen, cozy living room, dining table, and small patio. In the summer, you can even hear the nearby wooded stream directly behind the patio. The condo even includes a gas fireplace in the living room (and a pullout sofa), making it the perfect spot for reconnecting with loved ones over a cup of hot chocolate or an adult beverage. The breakfast bar also allows for additional seating and is perfect for planning out a day of adventures. Upstairs you will find a full under twin bunk and an additional queen bed as well as second bathroom. This charming ski home has everything you will need and an unbeatable location.
